SVG · drawn in your browser
SVG to PNG is for an icon, logo, or simple diagram you already have as SVG and need as a PNG for a slide, a site, or a chat. It is a Local tool: the browser draws the file on this device. Scripts and links to other files are removed before drawing, so this page is for ordinary artwork, not a web page saved as SVG. It does not trace a PNG back to vectors, and it does not match an Illustrator export. For a photo PNG, use PNG to JPG or PNG to WebP. For a Windows icon, continue to PNG to ICO.
This tool is free to use.

How to turn an SVG into a PNG
- Add one or more .svg files. They stay on this device.
- Choose an output width: 256, 512, 1024, or 2048 pixels. Height follows the artwork.
- Confirm the page says the file stays on this device.
- Create the PNG. A script, an embedded web page, or a link to another file is dropped before the draw.
- Download the PNG, or a ZIP when you added several SVGs. Browse the Images hub for resize and convert.
SVG to PNG questions
Does the SVG leave this device?
No. The browser rasterizer draws it here. Nothing is uploaded.
Will it look like Illustrator?
No. You get a PNG of ordinary icon and logo artwork at the width you chose. Complex filters, live fonts that are not in the file, and print-shop color management are outside this page.
Are scripts and remote images kept?
No. Script tags, foreign objects, and addresses that would load another file are removed. A PNG embedded inside the SVG as data can still draw.
Can I turn a PNG into an SVG here?
No. This page only rasterizes SVG to PNG. It does not trace pixels into paths.
What if I need an .ico file?
Download the PNG, then open PNG to ICO. That page also stays on this device and writes 16, 32, 48, and 256 pixel sizes.
Can I convert more than one SVG?
Yes. Add several .svg files. One file downloads as a PNG. More than one downloads as a ZIP.
Does the width squash the artwork?
No. You pick the width in pixels and the height follows the SVG. The picture is not stretched into a square.
